User Data Deletion
If you have connected your WhatsApp Business account to ElfClick via Facebook / Meta login and would like your data removed from our systems, this page explains what we store and how to request deletion.

What data ElfClick stores from Meta

| WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID) | To identify your WhatsApp Business account in our system |
| WhatsApp Phone Number ID | To route incoming messages to the correct business |
| WhatsApp API Access Token | To send messages on your behalf (stored encrypted, AES-256) |
| Connection status | To track whether your WhatsApp integration is active |
We do not store your Facebook profile, personal account details, friends list, or any other Facebook data beyond the WhatsApp Business connection details listed above.

How to request data deletion
Send an email to support@elfclick.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address linked to your ElfClick account
- Your business name (so we can locate your account quickly)

What happens after you request deletion
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
- All data listed above will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Your WhatsApp Business connection will be disconnected immediately
- Your ElfClick account and business data (orders, catalog, customers) will also be deleted unless you specify otherwise
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
