What happens after my trial ends?
You choose a plan. If you don't, your account pauses — no charges, no data loss. Your WhatsApp number stays yours and disconnects automatically.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. ElfClick does not markup Meta's messaging fees. WhatsApp's own fees (for broadcasts, follow-ups) are transparently shown before you enable them — typically ~$0.10–0.13 CAD per conversation initiated by your business.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do I need to pay for WhatsApp separately?
When customers message you, replies are free (WhatsApp doesn't charge for customer-initiated conversations). Broadcasts and automated follow-ups (both optional) have a small Meta fee. ElfClick adds zero markup on top of Meta's charges.
Is there a per-message cost from ElfClick?
No. ElfClick charges a flat monthly fee. There is no per-message, per-order, or per-customer charge from us. The only variable cost is Meta's own conversation fees for business-initiated messages (broadcasts and automated follow-ups), which are optional.
