When you carry concealed, how you dress is affected. With a holster in the 4-4:30 position, my cellphone had to move from my usual belt carry and my wallet needed to move from my hip pocket to prevent exposing my gun when I lift the shirt to pull out my wallet. These slacks solved both problems at once by giving me a slit pocket on my right leg for the phone and moving my wallet to the left cargo pocket. The belt loops are just right for a sturdy 1.5-inch leather gun belt. The slacks run true to size, yet the stretch waist band easily accommodates an IWB Kydex holster (with claw) and an IWB Kydex mag holster. The fabric and finish is nice enough to wear with a blazer for church and other less casual events. They wash nicely and are an excellent value for the price. If you are looking for the extra pockets of tactical gear without looking like you are part of a SWAT unit, these are for you!

Dickies have been my go-to semi formal wear and work wear and these seem to work just fine as work pants for a service technicianThe phone pocket has finally been updated from their older “double knee” size pocket and will hold even larger smartphones now.I’m not crazy about the velcro holding the cargo pockets closed but I haven’t had any issues with them either – just prefer a more secure hold for contents if I’m going to be climbing ladders or jumping in and out of trucks all day.A little expensive but it fits my needs and they should last me a while, so I’d say these are really good overall.I’ll update with pictures and any changes if needed.

I love them I have been wearing them for 30 years without any problems . this ended with my last order I got 3 pants 2 different styles the rirst time I put on one the button that snaps them fell off before I could get it through the hole to fasten them up. A needle and thread I fixed them and they are great. The problem is with the clasp ones. One the first time I tried to put them on the clip fell off I should have returned them but I was late I figured I would just fix them as well so I put on a belt. I still don’t know how to fix them. And today the last pare the clip came off. The pants still look like new it’s the clip doesn’t stick like they use to. The pants aren’t over tight the clips and buttons just don’t hold. Because I love the pants I will find a way to fix them. I figure any replacement will fail as quality isn’t what it use to be . in the future I will only get button ones as I can fix them

In the sales description.Require information regarding button or clasp.Prefer clasp over button all day every day.Though, this button is definitely sewn better than the ones I bought last year. Also a description of wether or not the pants have the flex waistband. Was actually expecting a flex waistband. But won’t blame dickies for my paying for the wrong pair.Though, that is what I thought I was getting because there was no differentiation in the description.Otherwise. These pants are fine. Little tight around the waist. Probably won’t wear them much. Back to the old pairs and have to order another. Pffft.

Well, not really. They have a ‘cell phone pocket’ which is just a slit above the flap of the right side cargo pocket, but it is a kind of pocket in a pocket. Kind of. It sits behind the cargo pocket, so the contents won’t intermingle. (segregated pockets? in 2021?)The pants are black. And they fit just as expected. After about a half dozen washes, they are faded a bit, but still more black than the faded black you sometimes get. So I got that going for me.The one complaint I have is the belt loops. As these are technically work pants, the loops are wider. No big deal for the belt. But, I work in IT, so I have a very large ring of keys. I keep them clipped to my belt loop via a carabiner and a retractible lanyard. The extra wide loops cause problems in removing the carabiner at the end of the day. I know…poor me…first world problems…grow a pair and suck it up…Anyway, these pants are pants that cover the legs nicely, so don’t hesitate to garb yourself in these.

These pants are amazing. I’m about to buy 4 more pairs so I have 5 pairs total! I would wear nothing except these pants for the rest of my life. For reference I am 5’7″ and 195lb, kind of a chunky boi, but these are perfect. They look sharp, they’re great to wear, I even walked around outside in below freezing weather for two hours and I was able to stay warm! The cell phone pocket is also nice as I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and it fits snugly in the pocket even with my phone case! My only complaint is I wish the cargo pockets were a bit larger, but that is a trivial complaint in the grand scheme of things.

I waited a couple months and multiple wears before writing this review. First off, pants have held up great, no noticeable wear yet.I work in a position where I need a pant that can go from business meeting to the field comfortably. These pants fit the bill. I’m 6’03, 215 lbs and ordered 34 x 34. I can wear work boots or dress shoes (which I tend to switch throughout the day) with ease. The phone pocket is surprisingly handy as well as the cargo and (deep) front/rear pockets. I ordered these pants in every color available. My only complaint is that the gray/steel color pants seem to fit a little different than the other colors (khaki. black, navy blue). The fit was off at the waist, baggier than the others. Otherwise, perfect. I will order again.

You can bearly see in the description photos but it has a phone pocket. Holds my big android with case well. It sticks out a bit. Pants fit tighter than the other Dickey styles so if you found the other loose like me, try these. This other company fits the same as these but have more room in the thighs without looking huge.Red Kap Men’s Industrial Cargo Pant https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007GBZO5M?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

I love these pants. I opted for the men’s fit over women’s due to the speed in which I needed the pants. The dark navy is exactly the color I needed. The quality is awesome. I’m not a big fan of how stiff the pockets are. I agree with some previous reviews that the zipper is short and the crotch to top is rather short. If this space was longer these pants would have fit perfect. I tried a 32 the day before I recieved these and they were too large, however, the 30 was almost too small to button. I certainly can’t eat a large meal in these pants. This could be because of how low they sit and using waist measurement could lead to buying too small a pant unless you are completely straight through the hip. I was happy with the length. I have an inseam of 27″ but with my boots these pants (30L) were just right. Overall I am happy. I guess I’ll just need to lose my extra 10 lbs. I’d definitely order these pants again as an affordable alternative to other types of station pants.

These turned out to be better than I expected. At 6’3″ tall and 195 lbs, I usually wear a 35 or 36 waist and 34 length. These, at 36×34, fit well, just a little big in the waist as expected. Otherwise perfect for uniform pants, which is why I bought them. Good dark navy color, deep pockets, 7 nice heavy-duty belt loops so your belt stays put, and what appears to be quality construction throughout.Material is a nice weight, not too heavy but not flimsy, and has just a bit of stretch to it. Comfortable to wear all day. Not sure how they will hold up over time as I’ve only worn them once, but no reason to doubt the durability thus far. They washed well, didn’t seem to shrink or fade, and didn’t wrinkle.A minor quibble is the zipper, which is unusually short at about 5″. Not sure why a more standard 6 to 7″ zipper isn’t used as it would be more convenient for tucking in shirts (and the other standard men’s zipper uses…) but I can live with it in exchange for the otherwise good features.
