I bought this to help me relax and relieve back and foot pain as I read or watch TV at night. I can get it just right and have both of my heels elevated off of the bed and support my lower back. (I use another pillow with it for my back.) The funny thing is that I have a horrible time going to sleep at night, but lately I have gotten so incredibly comfortable that I fall asleep sitting up and stay that way for hours! I occasionally sleep with the pillow, but most nights I move it off the bed when I’m ready to go to sleep OR when I wake up because I’ve fallen asleep while sitting up. It’s a great value and I don’t ever want to be without this pillow. It’s made a difference for me.

UPDATED:First our son wanted the pillow to sleep with because he loved it and NOW my husband has stolen my replacement because it helps his back and HE SLEEPS BETTER! So, I’ve just ordered the third one for our house so I can actually have one again! LolORIGINAL:I’m not preggers but I needed something to alleviate hip/back discomfort when side sleeping. This pillow is beyond amazing and has helped me to get comfy to fall asleep faster and stay comfy while I sleep.I’m obviously using it “not as intended” because I have the “head” part between my legs. Lol BUT I love that I can squish the two “arms” around and be supported all the way down between my legs all the way through my ankles (I’m 5’4”). PLUS if I squirm around, there’s like an octopus of pillow that is easy to grab with my feet/legs and get comfy again. [No picture because I’m sure it looks bat$#i+ crazy but I don’t care because it’s so awesome! Lol]It is also amazing for “propping up” to watch TV or read as they show in one of their pictures.

Loveee this I’m a petite momma at 21 weeks but since my son has gotten bigger my back has been hurting more when I sleep. I would always wake up sore well last night was the first night I used it & let me just say I slept like a baby lol I have it promted up with a couple normal size pillows under the head part (because I like to sleep with lots of pillows) lol & it’s literally the best sleep. The pillow is a good size for me being only 5’3 basically covers my body . After I took it out the package it fluffed up nice too! I recommend even if your not pregnant & just need a good sleep my bf even loves It lol the only thing I wish it had was a detachable piece so I could cuddle but we managed hahahaUPDATE: Ever since I got this Pillow I’ve had the best sleep ever !! No more restless nights due to back pains 😇

I’ve bought a lot of items on Amazon but this is the best thing EVER! I have Lupus and fibromyalgia. The pain at night and morning is awful. Since I’ve been sleeping with this, it’s been a bit better. Sleep better, legs don’t touch and hurt and back feels better. Not a total fix but any improvement is a help and this IS ! 5 star !Remember, not all people are the same so may work differently for you but is worth a try. And don’t be hung up on the name “pregnancy pillow.” I was at first. Wish I got this sooner.

I can’t believe i lived so long without this pillow! It has been a life changing miracle for me. I have not slept this well practically my whole life and certainly not since my husband passed away suddenly almost 3 years ago. The first night i used it, i did not wake up during the night once. I have not had leg cramps that would force me to leap out of bed screaming in pain. When my head hits the pillow i’m out like a light and i no longer toss & turn trying to get comfortable. I’m a side sleeper and use one side against my back and curl up with the other side sonetimes putting the other side between my legs. On my days off when i have the time to sleep in, i have to set an alarm or else i’ll sleep the whole day and into the next night! I did a lot of research before choosing this one and i read customer reviews. This pillow has changed my sleep patterns and changed my life and my attitude. If your still deciding whether or not to get one or which one to get, i hope this review can put things in perspective for you. I was not paid to give this review and i paid full price for my pillow, so my review is an honest unbiased opinion based on my personal experience.

I am a younger woman who is NOT pregnant and needed this to reduce the horrible neuropathy in both of my shoulders when I lay down in any way- so, I could actually sleep, for once. I no longer use my regular head pillow, I kick it off the bed in my sleep- now it’s just the body pillow. It’s amazing for me and it reduces the amount of issues laying down causes me.The pillow is not as plush as shown, but pretty darn plush… otherwise , it’s what you see in the listing. I wish I had this with my 3 pregnancies! It’s a great pillow for anyone since it’s versatile- in my opinion.

I was apprehensive to try this product due to some of the bad reviews. I need a positioning pillow due to severe sciatica. I have tried a few different pillows out there that immediately turn into pancakes. I decided to give it a try and had the best night sleep in months the first night this showed up. Mine came exactly like the picture, big and full. This does come vacuum sealed so you do have to get it out and fluff it up. I put it in the dryer for a couple of minutes and by the first night it was full and awesome. This stays full even between the legs for the entire night. I lay it out flat every morning to allow it to expand during the day and by night it is great. I can not imagine sleeping without this while my sciatica flares. My only wish would be that it come in a larger version.

I love this body pillow. I’m a dude, and even though it’s for “pregnant “ women, I got it to help with my should pain and neck pain. This pillow within a couple months using it consistently, my neck pain virtually and my shoulder pain that I’ve had for several years. I totally recommend this pillow if you’re seeking neck pain and shoulder pain relief. It’s even given me some hip pain relief as well. Only reason I didn’t give a complete five star, is that I wish it was two feet longer so my legs are completely supported. Otherwise, it’s great for someone shorter than 5’3”. I’m 5’6” and when I try to support my legs/hip my feet hang over and I can feel it’s not supporting my legs completely.Overall this product is great. Waking up pain free last few months have been amazing after so many years of having sever neck/shoulder pain. Not even chiropractor managed to heal it. But this pillow sure did heal my pain.

It is amazing!! Took it out of the box as soon as it arrived, it needed a few hours to fully puff itself up. It was ready for use by that night, and as soon as I laid with the pillow I instantly could’ve fallen asleep. It’s super soft, easy to maneuver and contort to desired comfort. The fabric is very soft, and the shape and size of the pillow is really nice for people who sleep on their side, especially if you deal with constant body pain from improper sleeping positions like myself.

As a side sleeper (and a senior), I spent every night turning over every few minutes and rearranging extra pillows for back and front support. With this, I turn over maybe once during the night and go to sleep much faster. It’s so comfortable— after some adjustments to personalize it. The velvety cover is soft but too warm, so I used king pillowcases that I slide up each “arm”. They’re easier than a full body pillowcase to get on and off for washing. The head portion was too high for me, so I pushed the stuffing down into the arms and use my own pillow. If you don’t want it on your bed all day, you need a place to put it; it’s big and bulky. Mine was chock-full of stuffing, but if you want more, it’s just poly fiberfill that you can get at a craft or sewing store. I’ve had it for several months and I’m very happy. Wish I’d found it years ago!
