We ordered this product from All Out Apple; with the 90-day guarantee from Amazon we figured we couldn’t go wrong. We paid for expedited shipping, and the product arrived a day earlier than we expected. It was packed well, and had no dings, scratches, or signs of extreme wear. The specs were as advertised, the software required an update. Screen and keyboard were perfect. A brand new Apple charger was included. I will update this if anything changes, but as of right now, this seller has my confidence.

HELLLLLLLLO everybody! This was one of those late night/whim purchases. I’ve wanted it forever. I have HIIIIIGH expectations for Apple products, even used ones.I purchased this late night on Friday. I USED THE WRONG CARD! I tried to cancel abs reorder right away but there oddly wasn’t an option like normal. Apparently this can happen with 3rd party retailers in here.Amazon had advised I order another one and they’d “have the first one canceled”. I ordered the second one on the right card. Then got an email saying this retailer was closed on the weekend and their normal response time was 24-48 hrs.Well, apparently someone was burning the weekend midnight oil because BOTH laptops shipped out at the same time. 12 hours after I ordered it.They both arrived together. PACKAGING WAS INCREDIBLE GUYS. SUPER DOOPER BUBBLE SHIELD. The computers were Identical is physical shape. looked perfect. and i examined them really closely since one was staying and the other was going back.The only difference was that one of the batteries did not hold as much of a charge as the other. This is totally expected and a reasonable thing. It’s a used battery.There was also a double sided business card in the box you run into as soon as you open the box lid. one side had a red frowny face, the other green with smiley. The card basically said “if anything is wrong or you’re not happy. this is our contact info, we want to know if you’re not happy. We will fix the issue.” I felt very reassured by this little card. I was little hesitant to purchase used/refurbished, but I couldn’t justify spending a thousand plus dollars for something I know I’m only going to use once in a while. This item was exactly as advertised, received earlier than expected even with FedEx delays. The battery life is great, little to no scratches. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I’m extremely satisfied with this MacBook! There is no damage at all to the screen, the outside exterior, or the keyboard whatsoever. The only thing that had a little wear, is the charger.

I was Leary about buying a Mac book that was refurbished, but didn’t want to fork out the money for a brand new one. I love the IOS system, and setting this up was super easy. Mine arrived 2 days early, and it’s in perfect condition. The battery life is superb, and it’s performance is everything I expect from Apple. I would absolutely recommend getting the extended warranty, and am very pleased with the service I got from the seller.

Got this refurbished and was very nervous about that. Received it several days early. They packaged the product so you knew if someone tampered with the box and you knew it was straight from the seller. Upon opening there are very light use scratches that normally come after long wear which I expected, but nothing major and zero on the screen. It does look like they completely replaced the screen or it was just well taken care of before. Didn’t come up to date on software so that made me nervous that I was buying something out of date that wouldn’t process the updates… It worked. I had to do 2 installations. It wouldn’t process the current update without the prior update so not knowing that before I again got nervous because I received errors when installing. But I just kept accepting the software update notifications and after that it finally got the most current update to Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 as of 12/25/2021. Very very slick process. Only thing I could ask for in addition is they install the software before shipping but as most products are usually needing an update when you open the package, including brand new, I’m not really complaining. I love the new features this laptop has. I love how sleek and easy it is to figure things out. Before I didn’t want to sit down on my desktop and figure it out because it was too cold to sit in the basement. Now I just browse the machine and notifications and learn so much about the product. I love that it pops up with the “new features” when there is an update you may not be aware of. Conveniently I don’t have to go and search for it. I will utilize my 90 day warranty and update my review at that time.

This is light laptop was just the machine i needed to upgrade to. I had one that was 12 years old, which is a dinosaur in the tech world. Surprisingly, many of the navigations and features were similar on the new MacBook Air. Even though I bought it used, 5 years old, it promises to last me for a long, long, time! I am VERY happy with it.

I gave 5 stars because this was all around a great transaction, great delivery time and a GREAT Macbook! This was my first macbook purchase. I was very skeptical at first since the price was fairly low and there weren’t many reviews. (plus I didn’t know much about macbooks or what I needed to look for or avoid) I then decided to take a chance on purchasing the 2017 model refurbished and boy I’m happy I did. I received the macbook 1 day before the expected delivery. It was in like new condition with a brand new charger for it. It powered right on and I was able to start getting it set up and my programs downloaded. I am still working on getting familiar with apple Mac OS but I love it SO MUCH!! I highly recommend for the value. Now this macbook won’t be able to run your hardcore fps shooter games like call of duty, overwatch or fortnite but I believe it would do fine with slower ran games such as SIMS, civilization, online card games and Simulator games. I don’t know for sure if all of these games will or will not work. I just know Integrated Intel graphics isn’t the strongest graphics card however this computer would serve great as a everyday work computer or a macbook to do video editing/uploading. It is very quick will a decent amount of memory. With this being my first Mac I am definitely pleased with the delivery, value of the macbook, the restoration of the macbook and I couldn’t be happier!! Thank You Seller!! Keep up the great work!!!
