Very comparable to my new 2018 version of the same exact thing. It’s like new, only more affordable. Overall higher hardware costs are pretty much adjusted for lower software costs in the OS X sphere. So total cost of ownership is similar to Windows based products. So, why suffer through another day with Windows, when you can have this gem.

Everything works as expected love the Touch Bar! The battery doesn’t last too long without having to plug it in although I hear it’s better to have it plugged in. iPad Pro battery lasts way longer!

If you are reading this you are probably wondering if buying a reconditioned iMac laptop is a good idea. Based on my experience, it isn’t . . . it’s a terrific idea! Needless to say, I was very nervous about what I’d just done, bought a top of the line iMac Pro loaded with every bell & whistle I could possibly want, used and refurbished. There were cautions about it might arrive with scratches and signs of wear but assurances that the computer itself was in excellent condition. So, when it arrived and I opened the box I was expecting the worst. As far as I can tell, I have a machine that was never used. It’s condition was pristine, just as it would have been if I’d bought it at the local Mac Store. I’ve had it now for three months and it works perfectly. Loads quickly, solid keyboard with no problems, Retina screen bright with sharp color, battery life so far of about 5-6 hours with moderately heavy use. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

The Macbook came in the closest ever to PERFECT condition! I found a few minor scratches on the screen that are only visible looking at them up close in light, but other than that, the condition is amazing! Battery only came with 81 cycles(Very low for a refurbished/used laptop). Performance with both light and heavy tasks is flawless! I 100% recommend this laptop for someone who is wanting a great deal on a high performance laptop. Very happy with my purchase! 🙂

I purchased this MacBookPro and loved it, but soon after I got it (about two weeks) the screen had issues. It was within the 90 day return window so they accepted the return immediately. I received my refund very quickly, and purchased another one from the same seller right away. The first one was most likely a fluke, because my current MacBookPro runs great with no problems. I purchased the protection plan, so repairs would have been inconvenient, but not tragic. Hey, things happen–these are machines. I am very happy with the seller and how well and quickly they made things right. I will definitely buy from them again. Thanks, I love my MacBookPro!

The laptop is in almost brand new condition. It has a few minor scratches here and there but overall fantastic condition. Overall Battery life is great. The processor can handle everything i put it through and i have even BootCamped it for Windows 10.Obviously everyone knows that Macs are not meant for gaming however i do play Tetris Effect when i boot this Mac on windows and the laptop handles the game wonderfully, but keep in mind that the fans will end up blowing at full speed if you play for extended periods of time and yes. It can handle Minecraft.

I felt very uneasy ordering a laptop of this magnitude used and yet refurbished, however Regan’s assistance made the order process easy. Just to know that you can reach out to seller and there is to just a real person but a professional who is willing help waited over my worries.The MacBook Pro was delivered faster than it was estimated, 2 days earlier. I have no idea if it was used before – the computer itself was squeaky clean, absolutely no marks or scratches. The operating system is fast and up to date, the Touch Bar is easier to use than what I thought and the battery as it listed in the advertisement section. I truly have nothing negative to say about it. I am thrilled about this laptop! It worth every penny and than some!

My family only use Apple products. This item was refurbished and I really have never had a problem with refurbished anything before. My only complaint is the charging cord kept falling out of the wall because the cord adapter plug kept folding and making it fall out of the receptacle. You could see just by looking at it it was old. Even though I sent a message and my daughter sent a message about it I did not hear back or receive anything so I had to buy a new cord which cost me about $100. The Apple Pro itself is great
