Screen quality is FHD as I require. Good shape no scratches really, there’s a little light stain but who cares. Works great! If you are skeptical, just get it. I got 4 year accident warranty so all I have to do is take care of it. Way better than getting one from Facebook that could break down quickly. Worth every penny & most importantly I have the security of easy returns/exchanges/fixes if there is any need. Will be recommending to others.

I expected this laptop to conform to the information in the description that Amazon displayed with the computer.Instead, I was most pleasantly surprised when I received the computer because; 1. the shipping package was better than expected; strong and sturdy in every detail, 2. the Amazon item description said not to expect more than an 80% battery life…instead I received a computer with a battery active potential of 100%; 3. because this is 2013 computer, I was expecting only to be able to install an older operating system…instead I got a computer on which I have been able to install the current Operating System…all in all, I got more than I expected, and very happy that I can truly call this computer acquisition…AN AMAZING DEAL!!

I needed a smaller laptop computer for travel – maybe 5 times a year. This fit the bill perfectly. It looks and performs like new. It sinked up with my Mac desktop with no issues and now I have a clone of my desktop that I can take with me in my travels. No need to buy new. This was a great value for the price! There is no way that a new version of this machine is worth 5x the money…..

Dear Amazon, I unpacked my securely wrapped computer and found it in excellent condition. This was a first time Apple MacBook so I took my time and as usual the staff at Appleaid were very helpful and friendly in setting up. The only problem was when the computer battery was emptied the plug to recharge was not compatible with 240volts. I have since been able to order the correct 240 V charger from Apple’s Sales Department. The charger that was included could only be used with American voltage inputs. I hesitantly bought this laptop as I have had bad experiences with refurbished purchases in the past. However, this has exceeded my expectations so far. The laptop has very minimal surfaces scratches that you really have to look for to find, and mostly on the bottom. It came well packaged, include do all the parts listed, started up immediately, is charging and holding a charge, and came with Catalina iOS. It honestly looks like it was barely even used previously. I would definitely buy another laptop through this seller again.
