I ordered this machine before the holidays and it was late arriving due to a shipment delay. But the customer service gave me a small refund to make up for the inconvenience. Then, I the WiFi was spotty with the supplied USB Wifi device. And there was no Bluetooth device.But customer service made up for this again by sending a replacement USB Wifi device and Bluetooth device very quickly. So, yes, so far so good!This machine appears to do everything I’d like it to do so far (though it has an integrated video card, so some games on Steam don’t work if they require this). And yes, it really is a 2011 Optiplex 390 that appears to have been refurbished in 2018. But even so, it seems to be a good machine so far. I ordered some additional RAM from the sellers too. All in all, a great deal for the money.

I have purchased “refurbished” or “renewed” computers over the years but when they arrived they had a few scratches here and there from obvious use. Normal wear and tear. But If I had not known better I would insist that this computer was brand new, never used by anyone, ever. The outer case was pristine. Immaculate. Perfect. The inside: ditto! It performs wonderfuly and is super fast. I just cannot say enough nice things about this computer. I am pleased, to say the least.

I purchased this computer as a backup machine, I am so dependent on my computer for so many daily things that I would be lost if my Laptop suddenly quit working. So far, it has lived up to my expectations and I am sincerely hoping that it will continue to do that. At first I was going to return this computer. As I did not see WiFi or blue tooth in settings. Did not know that there was a WiFi adapter. BUT they did not include the Bluetooth Adapter, so I just ordered one from Amazon arriving tomorrow. I have to say I am very impressed with the condition of this computer. I am so happy I figured out that adapters were needed. First time for everything, always had everything included in the machine.Anyway, I will come back later on and update good or bad…seems like a solid PC.

I have laptops that are very convenient but I wanted a desktop because of the ease of typing and using a mouse. I decided on the Dell OptiPlex because I knew that it was a hardy computer. It was the computer chosen by the hospital that I worked for and was supplied in every department and nursing station. The OptiPlex was an outstanding workhorse. This one (although refurbed) has exceeded my expectations right out of the box. I thoroughly recommend it for anyone looking for a desktop. UPDATE: After a little over a week the hard drive died. I am unable to get the service tech to get back with so I will probably send it back. I hope to replace it with another Optiplex.

Set up was easy I didnt use the WIFI adapter so cant say anything about that the computer looks litely used but I dont care about that. Setup was easy and the system works great for basic office users. Most people can barely use a computers true power so this is well about the needs of daily users. email, playing on facebood, watch movies, youtube or whatever…If your into graphics or gaming at the higher levels dont buy but for 95% of the rest of us its a great buy. Fan is a little noisy on my unit but thats not a big deal.

I have had this computer a few days now and it is all set up. Some minor scratches on box but not visible under desk. Apps and internet run fast. Good video card. I will use it for emails, photos, purchases and surfing. It came in a very large box and inside was the smaller box that housed the computer, boxed corded mouse and boxed corded keyboard. There could have been more of the brown wrapping paper inside to prevent the smaller box from moving around while in transit, although the items were not damaged with the minimal paper. I could not get an internet connection and called the Tech Support about that. There is not an internal wifi adapter, it is a USB module. I then went back into the box and found it wrapped in a plastic wrap at the bottom of the large box. For $128.00 and the $ 21.00 I paid for a 3 yr extended warranty this is a great deal.

Over the years I have purchased PCs for my business and later for personal use. I have 2 Dells in use now and both are working well, this one is my most recent and I really like it. I use it mostly for VOIP (HamSphere 4) being net control 6 days a week, performs quite well and by my estimation quite fast. I do not do any gaming, but I feel it would do quite well. My only contact with the company was to collect a thumb drive, as they promised.73 John

This works without any issue. Connected with Ethernet cable paired it with wireless keyboard and mouse and connected to 75″ Samsung TV. Display is wonderful, response time is very fast. Very easy to watch amazon prime videos without the need for a fire stick or Roku. Large drive and memory. Second refurbished computer purchased, doubtful I will buy new again. For the cost it can’t be beat.

I’m very happy with the purchase of this computer. Very easy install. Is very fast and has everything I need. It’s a great price and I purchased a three-year warranty for $20. Can’t beat that. If you’re looking for something that’s modern and beautiful then you must buy new and perhaps it isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a functional computer that does the job at a great value than buy this one. By the way, you need to provide your own speakers for the audio.
