What is bedwetting?

Bedwetting is caused by delayed development in communication between the brain & bladder while a child is asleep. It typically goes away in time, as hormone levels adjust & the bladder grows.

What are Goodnites?

Goodnites are disposable nighttime underwear specifically designed to fit & provide protection for children who only wet at night. Goodnites even come in an XS size for children who are potty trained, but still experiencing nighttime wetness.

Should you talk to your doctor about bedwetting?

Yes, it’s important to speak with your child’s doctor & figure out the best management program for your family. Be sure to include your child, too. When kids hear they’re not alone, it instills confidence & understanding about the condition.

Why should I choose Goodnites Nighttime Underwear instead of training pants?

While Pull-Ups are ideal for potty training, Goodnites are best for nighttime protection. Our small sizes provide a better fit and offer 40% more protection that the leading training pants, so even when lying down kids are less likely to leak.

What advice do you have for parents?

Trust yourself and don’t put too much pressure on how you think it’s supposed to go. Every child is different. If your little one is still wet at night, just know you are not alone and it’s nothing to be embarrassed about – they will grow out of it!

My almost 4yo is 40lbs & 41in. He’s been potty trained during the day for quite some time but is such a heavy sleeper does not wake during naps/nighttime. For months we’ve been using Huggies Overnights with a Sposie pad insert for night (which he’s outgrown) & a pull up for naps. The two weeks prior we had 4 naptime leaks & 5 nighttime leaks. I was skeptical these would work especially for nighttime but it’s been a week and we are leak free! Also he likes wearing the pull ups compared to the diaper of course.

I’ve tried many overnight diapers and these seem to work the best for my son. He is six years old and still wets the bed at night. I’ve been using them of a little over a year and we have only had one time where they have leaked. They are comfortable on him and yet still have good elastic around the legs. The manufacturer clearly marks the front and back of the diaper. My son can easily put them on and them them off on his own. They don’t make a lot of noise when they are on either. This is important to older kids, because he likes to have sleepovers and doesn’t want to be embarrassed that he has a diaper/pull-up on. He also likes that the manufacturer changes the characters on the pull-up every few months. Over all these pull-ups have been a life saver for us.My some is 52 lbs and is 48 inches tall.

I highly recommend this for children with special needs! My 6 year old son has autism & is non verbal, and he’s still not potty trained yet, so with him being 55 pounds it’s hard to find any pull ups are his size, and if they do they usually leak. I’m very thankful for this brand of pull ups because of the bigger sizes and they don’t leak at all. Although most people wouldnt be thankful over something like this, as a struggling mother I’ve learned to count my blessings and appreciate the smaller things in life too. Thank you for that.

I’ve transitioned to GoodNites with my first child and now I’m using them again for my 2nd child for overnight protection. No other brand was able to stop the endless amount of urine that my kids seem to generate during bedtime. I’ve tried Huggies, Pampers, Luvs, generic brands with all variations of extra protection/overnight absorbency and they all didn’t work. The XS size by GoodNites is relatively new (about a year old) and they work 100% better than any other overnight diaper. If your child is within range (size 4/5) and you have problems with urine leaks, I’d highly recommend you try GoodNites (XS size). They completely worked for me.

My four year old son does not wake up when he needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Our doctor has explained this is completely normal, and every child develops this skill at different ages. These goodnights, give our little man the confidence to go to bed at night without the embarrassment of having to wake up to an accident. These are designed to fit a boy well and have the extra protection in just the right areas. The print on the outside looks like underwear and has superhero’s, so my little man feels like he has superhero help at night. If you want to give your little man the confidence to go to bed without worry, and wake up happy get these Goodnights. We have tried every pull-up out there, and after a certain size they no longer offer overnight versions. These not only fit better than other brand name pull-ups, but they also have more protection and help avoid leaks for nighttime use.

These are the best “pull ups”. Our son, who was 3 at the time, had always been a bigger kid. He outgrew regular diapers and had ZERO interest in the potty, or potty training. I didn’t know what to do. A friend toldMe about these and after I purchased them, we never looked back. He is now almost 4 1/2 and we still use them for occasional nighttime wetting. we have continued to use these at night and nothing compares to their leak protection. Amazing product! And my son loves hulk and Spider-Man, so these have been great in both xs and small. We will use these as long as we need to. Son Says they are comfortable and feel like his underwear that he wears during the day, so he still feels like a “big boy” wearing them. Win!

I have a one year old who sleeps 10-11 hours a night and he always wakes up soaked in pee. I had bought other night time diapers but they would still go through. But with these diapers he wakes up super dry! He’s 26 pounds and even though the weight range is 28-45 lbs I figured I get them since he was two pounds away. They do fit him big but when pulled all the way up and put his onesie over it, the diaper stays in place. I’ve tried them for about a week already and there great. There was only one time where he woke up with the pee soaking though (but that night his father got him ready for bed. Enough said lol) I will definitely be purchasing these officially as his night time diaper till he’s potty trained. Saves clean clothes and laundry time so winninggggggg

  8. LCO

My 2.5 yr old is a heavy wetter and had to wear 2 Sposie booster pads with his Pampers overnight size 6 diapers. Since we are potty training I tried this. I can’t believ he hasn’t leaked! It is so absorbent and comfortable. He is 37 lbs and 40” tall and the XS fit him perfectly! These are soft and feel comfortable. Not made of crunchy material.

Our 6 year old son is on the autism spectrum and has ADHD. Potty training took a long time and was difficult but we’ve been mostly there for about a year. That being said, night time is a different story. I think it’s going to take another year to fully get night time potty trained as well. In the mean time, our big boy doesn’t fit in the largest diapers anymore so these have been the perfect next step. He pees in them every night and they do a good job of keeping him, his PJ’s and the bed dry. They’re not as effective as a diaper for a lot of urine but for the average nightly output they do a great job and they fit him really well. Our son weighs about 52 pounds and the S-M size fits great. I have these on my Subscribe and Save list and they’re definitely cheaper than buying at Walmart that way. Hope this helps someone else!

I bit the bullet and started spending more on night time pull ups because I was tired of leaks, washing bedding all the time, washing my son in the morning all over again so he doesn’t smell like irons, etc. I used to try and get by with standard pull ups. My son is a deep sleeper and seems to retain a lot of fluid until the middle of the night so potty training him for overnight has been a long process. I’ve tried store brand night time training pants, regular pull ups and even the larger sized diapers hoping to save a buck. But it all ends up being a headache for me because it just doesn’t do the job. These miraculously do. They don’t let his pee spray out the side when he flips and flops in all his crazy positions throughout the night. They hold a lot of liquid. He doesn’t emanate urine smell as soon as he kisses me good morning. They don’t rip down the sides. These are worth the money because they make my life easier in every aspect. It’s concerning enough that he is a five year old who still doesn’t have full night time bladder control. These save him from embarrassment and me from doing extra work.
