Firstly, I purchased the 43 inch version with no sound bar. The packaging it was shipped in was the TV box with a shipping label, so everyone including your neighbors will know what you purchased including porch pirates, although with a package this big, I doubt that will make it any less enticing to steal if you have this issue.The tv comes with a smart remote, two legs that can be attacked to the tv with a screw and an hdmi cable. The power cable is preattached to the TV. The legs will not screw into the TV unit easily, so unless you have a really grippy screw driver and you’re strong, I highly recommend purchasing an electric screwdriver to attach them. I purchased one from Amazon for $18 and it did the trick.The picture quality is as advertised, 1080p. Due to the size of the TV the pixels are definitely noticeable, but for the $200 I paid for it, the quality is beyond acceptable.The remote is really good, despite what other reviews may say. You absolutely will notice a lag when you press a button on the remote, as well as it being finicky registering keys if you do not pair it to the tv!!! The remote will work out of the box with the TV using the IR sensor on the TV but to pair it you have to go into the TV settings on the top right and go into remotes and accessories. Once there hold the button with 3 lines on the remote which is above the arrow buttons to the left for about 10 seconds and the remote will show up on the tv. Select the remote and it will be paired. After pairing you can point the remote in pretty much any direction and it registers instantly!The tv can be slow to respond sometimes even after the remote is paired but keep in mind the price you paid for the TV and it’s a very small inconvenience in comparison and I consider myself picky.This tv has 2 hdmi ports and it is easy to switch between them using the input button. I can switch between my Nintendo Switch and Xbox with little issue.I am unsure if it just doesn’t support it, but I was unable to connect the tv via WiFi to our 5Ghz network and had to use the 2.4Ghz network. I think it doesn’t support the 5Ghz band but I’m not sure.Overall, for the price and advertised features, I give it a 5 start review. As a TV in general, I give it 3 stars due to it being a bit slow to respond sometimes and the fact you must pair the Bluetooth out of the box.

This is my first smart tv and I’m quite happy with my purchase! I was able to login my Google, YouTube, and Hulu accounts using my Android phone which was amazingly convenient. I’m able to cast videos from my phone and iPad. I use my ipad for my workout app, obé and just use the regular casting method. I’m still trying to figure out voice control, so I can’t speak on that. The only thing I don’t love is the sound. The speakers are in the back and make it sound muffled bouncing off the wall behind it. I definitely recommend and will likely purchase a sound bar for clearer audio. It is very loud though, and I find myself keeping it at an 1/8th of the possible volume in most apps. I use Amazon prime, YouTube, and Hulu as our tv choices. I love that the remote has prime video, YouTube and Google play store on it. I don’t use Netflix and wish I could change that button to open Hulu. Maybe I can, but I haven’t looked into it yet. It has an apps button to take me directly to the app screen which is super convenient. It has a Bluetooth pairing button, but I wish it had a voice command button too. The Bluetooth button is great for pairing my headphones, which is super useful after the kids go to sleep since I live in an apartment. I like the air console app to play games using my phone as a controller, but it doesn’t work outside the app. There seems to be a way to make it work, but all the videos are in Hindi and I’d rather just buy a gamepad. The Open Browser app allowed me to connect to the web quite easily. I like that it suggests free movie and tv apps like Pluto tv and vudu in the play store. Take note of your model number and serial number On the back of the tv before setting up so that it’s easier to register the product. I wish that had been listed on the box or instructions since I set mine up on a high shelf and had to take it back down to find the code. Overall, it’s a great purchase and I can’t wait to explore the gaming features!

Picture perfect (pun intended) sound great too. Wish it came with instruction manual for just remote, one included has many pages… Bluetooth connection took a couple tries but got the hang of it. Turn off all other Bluetooth devices connect strictly to Bluetooth device you want.

The main reason why I got a Hisense tv is bc a coworker of mine recommended it to me and told me how it a good quality tv and blah blah blah. Now I have the tv and at first I thought I had issues with the tv and/or remote bc the buttons weren’t working so I was a little worried I may gotten a defective tv but in reality I just needed new batteries for the remote and after that it was working fine. Overall, it’s a really good tv, great sound and nice picture quality so I recommend it.

Yea, this TV pretty much rules. So much in fact I just bought another one to swap out the Proscan 40” in my bedroom. Bang for my buck & lotsa bells & whistles. No longer need to connect my Apple TV that was dated anyways. Great picture, thin, lightweight, easy setup, easy to use, WiFi, connects to my Google account, good sound (connected it to external speakers via headphone jack). Nothing bad to report & it’s a good deal. Update: Second one I ordered arrived broken with the screen very cracked all over. Returned second one to Amazon for replacement. First one still good.

I bought this TV on sale in early December for a bedroom install inside a large armoire. I didn’t need 4K or anything real fancy and didn’t want to spend a zillion dollars. This tv totally gets it done. Built in Wifi (although I did run an ethernet cable to it) Bluetooth, and Android TV installed. The picture is more than adequate for a 43 inch screen and it has a nice narrow bezel so it looks like it is all picture when watched in bed at night. Really just what I wanted at a price I could stand.The speakers are not so great but that is the deal with all these thin panel screens. There just isn’t room to put decent speakers in them. I have a little Jam Jar speaker connected through the earphone jack to fill in the sound and that makes the system adequate. I will lobby the old lady for funds for a small voice enhancing sound bar which I really need anyway since my hearing totally sucks after 45 years of machine shop noise and even more high volume rock and roll. I would also like to see Hisense upgrade the OS to full on Google TV but apparently that is not in the cards for nowAnyway I am quite happy with it and would buy it again.

I got this on flash sale for just $200 – and it’s a great product at this price point. 2 HDMI ports aren’t enough for you? Boo-boo, grow up and buy an HDMI switch. I don’t care about 4K (I don’t have anything else that high-res), I just needed more screen real estate – Full HD is plenty good enough. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it was a non-“smart” TV, the android tv stuff is just a GIGANTIC bonus to me (I had a Chromecast on my old TV, and use Google Home quite a lot, so the built-in Chromecast on this TV is pretty sweet). The voice commands don’t work on the remote that came with mine, but I really don’t care. Only one of the 2 USB ports on the TV works, also not a problem for me. I can plug a keyboard into the working slot to control playback and type in search boxes, and HDMI-CEC lets me use not only the TV remote for my PS4, but my keyboard, too! It seems to only work on main menus and not in games, but I’m still impressed (If you set the HDMI-CEC to have them turn each other on, make sure you leave the TV on the home screen or a different input before you turn it off, otherwise the other device will turn on/off when you just want to use the TV, or vice-versa). I don’t use built-in speakers, but the amplifier they have built-in has some serious juice. I barely have the TV and stereo volumes up at all, and it gets MORE than loud enough. The only actual complaint I have is that, when streaming spotify, the sound quality is not good. It might only be noticeable if you’re an audiophile too, but it matters to me. Also you have to format any USB storage you try to plug in so that it only works on that TV? Never heard of that kind of crap, but my computer is hooked up right to the TV so it’s only annoying in principle.If they tried to sell me this for even twice as much, I’d be a nay-sayer. But to do all this at just $200? I’ve been bragging about this TV to anyone that will listen!

I love this TV; which isnt saying much. But, it is so great! Works along side android smart phones and devices. Speakers are quality! I wish the controller lit up in the night. It’s hard to see the buttons lol
