got this TV for my mom hers was on its last legs, the first one came totally trashed compliments of UPS the whole screen looked like it was transported with pure hate.i jumped online and contacted amazon and within minutes the new one was on its way,i took the broken one to my local amazon location and waited for the second one to come this time amazon delivered it themselves and it was a perfect delivery.the picture looks great but what surprised me was the built in speakers compared to the LG in my Room and the Sony in my living room which both cant seem to give me a stable dialogue volume this Hisense seems like it has a decent soundbar built in. obviously there are better resolution screens out there but for my parents room they have no complaints and enjoy this roku based smart tv.

My wife and I lived in a hotel for a month while we looked for a new home after moving across country. We got used to a 47″ TV in bedroom. So when I set up our new 43″ Hisense, my wife was a little disappointed (even though the one we used to have in the bedroom at the old house was an ancient 35″). I like it just fine. And I REALLY liked how light it is. Just 18 lbs! For an old guy, this is a big issue. I bought a nice support table/rack for it and hanging it on the top was a breeze. (This is in stark contrast to the trouble I had with my 55″ in the living room that I could hardly pick up).The picture looks great to me and I watch from far enough away (about seven feet) not to be distracted by really fine detail. Color is good. And the sound is decent, too. I bought a small sound bar for it and it is superior – no big surprise there. But it isn’t by as much as I expected. I could probably have saved that money.I was a little nervous when I realized the only remote in the box was a ROKU remote. And it took me a while to find the volume control on the side of the remote (though it didn’t matter once the sound bar was installed). And that’s the only reason I’ve deducted a star. I couldn’t figure out how to get the ROKU remote to control the sound bar. I visited every audio setting I could find on the menu system without luck. I would love to not need the sound bar remote. But I have to do it with my big one downstairs, too. In general the menu offers you all the things you would normally look for on the TV remote. The Source button that I missed turns out not to be an issue at all. There are HDMI port selections available right on the screen, so I can switch from ROKU to my cable box with one click.Overall a great experience for a modest investment.

This is an AMAZING TV for the price. Picture quality is extremely good and much better than the previous TCL Roku TV. Usability is impeccable. Ignore the negative review and trust me, this is a STEAL.

This is definitely a great value for money. All 50in tv I saw were averaging 400$. But for half that price I got this huge tv! The picture is so clear, and the sound can get extremely loud which is great for scary movies. I love that the remote is updated to come with Disney+ as a button. It’s pretty heavy so definitely requires 2 people to put it up/move it. It arrived late which sucked cause no one was home but they hid it upon delivery. I’ve never heard of this brand till buying this tv but it’s one that I’ve been recommending to my friends and would buy again

IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO REGISTER. THERE ARE SCAMMERS OUT THERE AND ROKU MUST KNOW THIS BECAUSE THEY WARN AND ALSO SAY ‘WE NEVER EVER CHARGE TO REGISTER’, SO APPARENTLY THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS SCAM. wE GOT TV UP AND RUNNING WITH NETFLIX/ AND AMAZON PRIME. ITS GREAT AND EASY TO OPERATE ONCE YOU GET USE TO THIER TINY REMOTE.

Good TV for the price, I’m typically a Samsung guy but i needed some weight savings to mount in my camper. Well I mounted it and all is well. Picture quality is pretty good and you can’t make it too much better through the settings, which is unfortunate. Sound is fine, I tried to hook it up to the bluetooth in my camper but it seems to only look for Roku speakers. If I figure it out I will update. Overall a good tv for the price and my needs.Update: I’ve been watching a variety of programs through different streaming services and I must say the picture quality is surprising me. This TV is definitely a pleasant surprise!

For the price, it’s hard to complain about what you get with this 43″ TV. It has a good picture, a small frame bezel and is very lightweight. It’s fast. After setup, it powers on and is usable in about 2 seconds. Also, the Roku unit in the 4K TV models has their best, snappiest hardware so the user interface on this TV is incredibly fast too. I occasionally use my TVs as a secondary PC monitor so I also bought this model over others due to the reviews showing it to be a good PC monitor with low input lag. (I have not tested yet)RE: POOR REVIEWS: I’ve seen people complaining about Roku charging them $. As a 12 year user of Roku devices, I have no clue what these people are talking about. It’s free. As for “ads” being shown, just to clarify, it’s just ads for more channels/apps to ad, they are occasional tiny little boxes off to the side… it’s not like buying a Fire tablet where it has a random ad every time you turn it on. It’s just offers to subscribe to Hulu and whatnot. This TV has no bluetooth. People seem to be surprised, so don’t be, it isn’t there. This is a low price, bare bones 4K tv with a nice interface. Don’t expect the moon from it and you should be pleased. Remember, 4K for $250. (!)The remote is just a generic Roku remote. Which means BASIC. Volume is on the side. If you want buttons for picture/sound (etc), you will hate this basic remote. It doesn’t feel cheap, but it lacks the 50 buttons you may be used to. I actually like only having a few buttons as I was already running my previous TV from my Roku Stick remote.RE: brand: Hisense is unknown to me until now, but a little research reveals that they bought up Toshiba’s TV division and used to be who made what were known as “Sharp” TVs until last year (and a lot more if you look), so not some unknown player at all.NOTE: for variable volume out: This TV only delivers a fixed volume from the audio output (optical), so you have to use the 3.5mm “headphone” jack if you wish to control external speaker volume with the TV remote. I just ran a 3.5mm-to-RCA cord to my bookshelf 2.1 setup.

This was on sale at a super price and could not resist, glad I didn’t. I am not a gamer or a huge movie or tech buff so I just wanted a good well featured TV that would work with all the new tech we have, and this does it well. Great easy to use features. Love I could hook up my 1TB hardrive with my large DVD downloaded movie library and watch whatever I want right there. Great stuff. Works with Amazon Firestick easily. Love I have at least 3 HDMI’s. This was a good deal. Easy set up for an old guy who isn’t a tech. Just wish I could get Alexa to be able to do more for me. Sure its possible but only had for a few weeks.

So what can I say with this tv I am so impressed of the quality everything seems good as described i had a little trouble at first at the beginning but I called customer service and they took care of it … it had like a little glitch the tv I had it in video game and for some reason it went off to the home screen with out me touching the remote it gave me a little scared but I called customer service and they say that tv like this are not ment to be plugged into the wall you have to plug it with the extension I had a older version roku 32 inches and never had issue so I honestly 100% recommend this tv i got a 50 inches and am so in love …

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this television It is very simple to use for your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Going from live TV cable or satellite to these platforms are so simple you just push one button And the Wi-Fi works flawlessly, very simple to use especially for people That don’t do the best with technology. But if you don’t have Wi-Fi/Internet this TV might not be for you, you need to access the Internet to be able to link in your roku Account to your TV
