I can’t speak for this product’s usefulness as a monitor stand riser, since that’s not what I bought it for, but it is working beautifully (both in terms of usefulness and aesthetics) as a stand for my small computer tower. It was very easy to put together, is sturdy enough to easily hold the tower, and, more importantly, doesn’t slip when, for some reason, I need to move or lift the tower. It’s height, at any of the three levels, is great for allowing airflow, and the fact that the stand’s “table” has holes in it makes it even better for airflow.I should think, considering the riser’s dimensions, that it would work well, even for a single 27″ monitor; it’s certainly sturdy enough to do so. So yes, I would recommend this for both the purpose I use it for (emphasis on SMALL tower), and as a monitor stand.

My original 3 star review was:Tolerances in adjustable legs a little wide – causes stand to rock a little both front to back and side to side. Pictures and instructions show silver adjustment tabs perfectly aligned on the left side of the legs – not correct – they go every which way due to poor machining tolerances of nut inside leg. Lastly, one of the legs was very difficult to screw in – glad it didn’t strip the threads of the screw welded under the stand. Some might not be so lucky – be very careful screweing them in- will have to start, back out, restart many times to get it to thread.Updated 5 star review:Based on my review – Haven offered refund or replacement – and I didn’t even ask for one – was going to keep the product since it did function. They commented on my review and invited me to contact them. In hours and during the weekend, we had all the discussions and within 3 days I have full replacement in hand. I have to say, never had I had a business take that much interesting in making 100% sure a customer was happy and had no complaints. Replacement was better than original purchase and is working fine. Again, I don’t know what all Haven sells, but I would not hesitate buying anything from them. Thank you Haven Customer Service.

Upgraded my monitor and needed some space on the desk – this fit the bill. Raised my monitor and can be adjusted for height and gave me some room under for more storage!

I bought two of these. They arrived quickly, they were easy to assemble, they’re somewhat adjustable, they look nice, and they’re very sturdy. Best of all, they created handy storage space which I quickly filled with indispensable things such as pens, tweezers, old birthday cards, mostly clean napkins, claw clippers, bottle caps, and probably a couple of unmatched socks.I was previously using packs of printer paper to elevate my monitors, so these stands had big shoes to fill. Unfortunately, whenever we ran out of printer paper, my monitors would gradually start sinking as I pilfered it to print recipes. That hasn’t happened since deploying these bad boys. The only sad thing is, I’ve lost my emergency paper stash. Boo! =)

I needed something durable and inexpensive for work to raise my laptop especially now that we are distance learning in the meantime.-ergonomics: It really helps prevent neck strain now that I am on my work laptop more than I was before.-extra storage: creates enough space below to store things like papers, pens, post-its-easy to assemble-light weight yet sturdy-holes allow for the computer to have airflowI have it set to the highest level. I recommend using a wireless keyboard to avoid straining your wrists while typing.

Is there much to say about a stand like this? Probably not but I’ll go in depth as much as I can. This come with 4 screw on legs that also have 3 positions of height. Assembly is as easy as just screwing the legs on.This thing is solid metal, definitely not cheap feeling and I feel like I could stand on it, that’s how solid it is. Each thread on the base had a plastic protector which was really nice to see as well.Pros-Assembly is a breeze-3 adjustable heights-Sturdy and feels solidCons-I really can’t see anyBottom LineI use this thing for my desktop so it doesn’t sit on the carpet as that’s bad news for it. This is probably even better for a monitor but I could imagine that you could find a lot of different uses. I’m quite pleased and definitely recommend it.*I take pride in taking quality photos and detailed reviews, if this helped you out be sure to hit the helpful button. Feel free to ask me any questions as well.

I’ve got a home office setup that I use extensively. My problem as of late has been transferring my gaze from my two desk monitors to my laptop. It’s a good 8” of vertical distance from the bottom of the monitors to the bottom of the laptop screen and about a foot in distance from the center of the monitors to the center of the laptop screen. This constant readjustment to look at multiple screen heights bothered and then flat out annoyed me. I needed to find a solution. This stand is that solution. Perfectly easy to set up by screwing in the legs and then the knobs are easy to push in and slide to the height that’s needed. Best purchase of my whole home office. There’s different heights but I need the highest and it’s still stable. And there’s venting at the bottom to keep my laptop cool. So that’s nifty.

Assembly was very easy. Just screw in the four legs.Well made. Has a commercial quality feel to the thicker metal and powder coat finish. No sag when a monitor is put on it.Arrived undamaged, unscratched. Packaging wasn’t great but suitable.I use 2 monitors (laptop screen and a larger monitor). I use the keyboard on my laptop when I am working. If I set the monitor to the left or right of the laptop I have to keep looking that way while I type on the laptop. This stand allows me to put the monitor directly above my laptop, which does help my posture and keeps everything vertically in line in front of me.I liked it so much I got another one for my home office.

I guess this could be used for a multitude of things, but I’m using it to keep my computer up off the carpet for better cooling flow.Works great for that purpose! Also good that it has holes in it / allows more air flow!
