This is honestly the best version of MacBook pros ever made. No keyboard issues — aka loud butterfly switches and flat keys. No Touch ID issues. It’s got the fastest processor and the most memory. Best bang for the buck. Only wish the seller (Supreme Deals CR) would’ve replaced the battery since it came at 609 cycles (out of 1000 recc. cycles). But I think that would just vary seller to seller. Computer was clean and worked great. Just had a couple dings on the edges hardly noticeable. Will hopefully last me a long time.

I ordered this MacBook to give me both a personal computer and one I can do freelance work on. I had been doing all of that on a work computer for a while as my personal one had died. So far, no complaints. I received it in a shorter time than estimated. Unlike some others here, the laptop I received is in mint condition – not a dent, ding, scratch on it anywhere. The battery shows “normal” – so not ready for replacement. All ports work.. etc., etc.I had been trying to justify the purchase of a new Macbook pro with the same amount of storage, memory, etc., but at double the cost of this one, I just couldn’t do it. Yes, it’s a 2014 and yes, it lacks a touchbar, but quite frankly, the only thing I use the touchbar for on my work computer is to unlock it – the rest of the features go 90% unused. Overall – I am thrilled with this laptop and its value.

This is a refurbished Mac that looks and runs like new! I am very pleased with this product. It was easy to set up out of the box and transfer all my documents from a previous MacBook Pro I was using. I think this was a good deal because got a good price break compared to a brand new computer. Very happy I purchased this item!

This was refurbished and a few keys have seem to not work so well (since I purchased it). I wasn’t going to fuss with it, but be prepared to have some nuances with a refurbished unit. It’s been super awesome as Macs are normally other than that.

Based on the reviews it looked like we weren’t sure what to expect when we ordered it. It seems in a fierce competitive online market there seems to be a lot of false bad reviews given probably from competitors who ordered and returned just to write a bad review.This item came to us fast and even better than described. It looks like and works like 100% flawless brand new. Its somewhat of an advantage to buy a “reconditioned” product because each and every one of them have been completely gone through and tested to insure its working by an experienced detail oriented technician, the kind of attention mass produced products new on an automated assembly line don’t receive.We opened the box, were immediately impressed by the flawless condition, plugged it in and even with never using a Mac before had it fully set up and working in just a couple minutes. We immediately updated the OS X Maverick operating system that came in it to the latest Mac OS Catalina operating system directly from Apple for free.Very very very happy with this!

This Macbook version has an SD card which is why we had to get it but they replaced almost every piece of hardware I couldn’t even tell it was Refurbished! Freaking flawless, my Wife Loves it! Buyer Beware however, these guys wipe the device- that’s fine, UNLESS you get one like we did where all the Apps were pretty much uninstalled. If this happens to you, DO NOT “Vault” for device Encryption upon initial startup. You will have to use Apple’s Free update to Install the most recent version of MAC OS. Otherwise, you’ll just have a very very pretty quality paper weight or set prop. If you can accept this potential technical hurdle- buying this model from these guys is your BEST chance at getting a Like New condition device. Took a couple hours to get through, but the end result & Savings were Super worth it!
