The Rockville HTS45 is an all in one 5.1 channel complete home audio system. It includes a powered subwoofer that has a loud and clean bass response. The main goal when developing this item was to get the best sound quality. This item delivers. The sound is very well-tuned and balanced. This has 800 watts peak output and when you crank the volume it gets extremely loud! The best part is that even at max volume there is no noticeable distortion. I read a lot of reviews for this sound system and some talked about the sound quality and the base being overpowering. I have watched many movies so far and while I can feel the base it is not overpowering. It makes the movie that much more enjoyable. After a few movies I noticed a buzzing sound that concerned me, but past experience and tests told me the buzzing was coming from the dvd player not the system.It was easy to install, it came with an auxiliary jack to plug the sound cables into the tv and that is how we set it up. I am grateful for the other review that said you need to change where the sound is coming from on your tv; I started panicking when the system wouldn’t work, until I remembered that info.The cords were long enough to put around my room and I love the lights. The only thing that my dad wished it had was a mute button on the controller.

So, my trusted Samsung home theater broke down in a most unexpected and – as usually – most inconvenient moment and I needed a replacement fast. Being on a budget at the moment, I looked through under $200 sound systems, found this one and decided to give it a shot after reading mostly positive reviews. Good decision. Sound quality is very good for this price point, although don’t expect a level of output of $1000+ speakers, obviously. For normal use, this is very good, sub is really powerful; I actually had to tuck it in with a sound-isolation foam pads to stop it from making my furniture rattle. It’s easy to operate once you get a grip on it; option to control volume of each speaker separately is really something. I had some issues connecting it to the rest of my setup, being not familiar with this specific type of connectivity, but a quick email to the producer and they pointed me to the right direction. Lights are a cool addition, although I decided to not to turn them on on satellite speakers, leaving it on the sub only. I like how this blue light reacts to the sound and flickers along with the bass. There are a few colors to pick from on the sub, blue was my personal choice.Overall, very good purchase. I uploaded a video showing how it looks and behaves; sound quality on the recording doesn’t give it a justice, just so you know. Clone Wars sound awesome 😉

I wasn’t expecting as excellent as a product as this…keep your prices decent and quality as is and you guys will make hella sales, my first time buying a surround sound ever! And I’ll tell you, so far it’s one of the Best Buy’s , best investments yet I’ve purchased on amazon…just for great reviews on this product please don’t get a big head and make mistakes, I WILL recommend this product because I feel you are here for the people and not just ridiculous high prices…thank you so much! I also may be getting an eviction cause I love my music and with what I got from you guys and up to 3 neighbors on each side of me they get to enjoy it too! LoL, please stay fair and keep the quality up…thank you so much!!!! And also I’m extremely happy you were overly thoughtful about the length of wiring per unit… just wondering if you could make the audio jacks (sub woofer too t.v. ECT. A maybe 10 foot cord or so, I use a projector so my sub woofer has to stay near it for now but I’ll eventually get a longer one in near future and that’s not even a complaint just a recommendation….THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!March 13th 2019-current(03-12-2020) still like I bought it!

I am very happy with my purchase and satisfied with its sound! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANY PICKY AUDIOPHILE ON A BUDGET!This sound system impressed me! Crispy clear sound with an amazingly deep bass that can be adjusted without affecting the volume level of the rest 5 speakers (because they are 5 speakers and a subwoofer, total of 6 – [3 speaker units with 2 speakers per unit as front speakers, 2 speaker units with 1 speaker in each unit as side speakers, and a powerful subwoofer]), one master volume button for all the speakers, but also additional buttons to control each speaker volume level without affecting the rest of speakers, .✓Bluetooth 5.1 and 2.1 enabled and which can be switch between them at your desire.✓Auxilliar enabled.✓SD card reader enabled to play the songs stored in the SD card.✓USB port.✓ 2 micro phone ports for kareoke fun, with EQ-/+ DISP-/+ MIC-/+ ECHO-/+ buttons to add flair to the mic sound.✓Remote control that controls EVERYTHING.✓ LED blue lights on all speakers. Just the subwoofer’s LED lights can be set to change colors with different blinking styles including sound activated ones. ✓FM radio enabled that can be programmed to save favorite stations.✓ DVD input to connect a DVD player.✓ Sleep programmable enabled to stop playing and turn of at your desired time length.It comes with all the cables needed to connect all the system together and very easy to connect, the only bad thing is that the instructions booklet is in black and white and there are connections with different colors, but since is in Black and White you can’t see which one goes where because all the lines that show which one goes where are black, if they were in color then it would be easier to connect all the speakers in their respective jacks without problems or doubts, but since the instructions are in black and white you have to kind of figure out which one goes where.The only thing missing in the whole system is a pair of AAA batteries needed to work the remote control -that you have to come up with.The volume level goes from 1 to 60 but enough to shake the walls with the powerful bass which makes the subwoofer slide around with the vibration it generates, so I don’t recommend you to set the subwoofer on a table, coffee table, end table, or any kind of surface higher than the floor or else when you less expect it will slide off of it and fall to the floor damaging/breaking the unit. It almost happened to me, I caught it in time before the unit would’ve fell on the floor. When I found this out I immediately set the unit on the floor and there it is going to be for the rest of its life. I thought you should know that. And which is not explained or warned anywhere, neither in any reviews I have read about this product.It might have other features I don’t know of yet and which I will add here where I discover them. Also I haven’t try the mic features for kareoke, but once I try them I will add them here as well.I really recommend you this sound system. It’s amazingly awesome! I am very picky about the sound output of my speakers and devices and I have a good sense of what sounds satisfyingly.

I researched this a bit. I saw some bad reviews and I took a chance anyway. There are some people that will never be happy with anything. I’m glad I bought this system. It’s not going to be what you could get if you spent $5000 dollars but it’s damn good for less than $200. I can’t speak to how long it will las because I’ve only had it about 5 days but it sounds pretty good to me. If I had one bitch it would be that the back speaker wires could be about 10 feet longer, but that is very minor and easily fixed. The bass thumps.

Absolutely love this sound system especially the value for product. The assembly was a little difficult since the corda are not color coated with the back but other than that it is an awesome system! The bass is deep and powerful for its system power and the fact that it has the option to change the lights presentation and color is rockin! The remote is easy to operate although it is on the small side and has small font for those who have difficulty seeing small print. We did have difficulty setting it up to our DVD player and 4K TV. Thankfully the auxiliary splitter that came with it and Google we were able to figure out how to hook it up to our new model 4K TV to get amazing surround sound for our game systems (Wii, XBOX360), Samsung Blu-Ray, and Hisense UHD Smart 4K TV. Would definitely recommend this product or purchase again as a second system.

I’m loving this theater sound system. I’ve had expensive theater sound systems in the past. I last had a sound bar and woofer. As I set up my mancave, the sound bar wasn’t giving me the sound and feel. I was considering my old faithful Onkyo system. So in my search, the LED on the Rockville system caught my eye and the price. So for the price and the features, I purchased it. It came in and I installed it. Everything was great! I first connected using BT. I had an issue with reconnecting the BT every time I turned the system off. So I went with the RCA route. So I bought a DA Converter with Toslink connection because my TV didn’t have RCA outputs. Connected everything and a God awful sound came out. Long story short, It wasn’t in the paperwork of the Rockville system but I had to switch TV sound from digital to PCM. When I did that, Houston we have sound! I’ll continue to enjoy watching movies and TV and feeling the full effect.

HOW CAN I BE LISTEN TO 5 SPEAKERS AND A SUBWOOFER, FOR LESS THAN$150! WELL, THE REMOTE HAS SEPERATE VOLUME,FOR EVERY SPEAKER, AND THE SUB. A AM FM RADIO, BLUETOOTH, AND 2 MIC INPUTS. EACH SPEAKER HAS THE UPPER AND LOWER BLUE LED. THE BASS ,ON FULL, BOOMS, WITH NO RATTLE OR SQUELCH. 1,000 WATTS, PEAK ,CONTINUOS, AT 250! ITS REALLY LOUD, AND CRYSTAL CLEAR, THE PRICE IS CHEAP, THE SOUND IS RICH. THERE IS 30 FT, FOR REAR SPEAKERS AND PLENTY FOR FRONT. SIMPLE RCA PLUG IN, AND IN 5 MINUTES, UR LOUD AND PROUD. I REMEMBER WHEN THESE WERE $400 AND UP. MINUS THE EXTENSIVE EXTRAS. THATS THE KLIPSCH 400 WATT WIRELESS SUB, SITTING TO THE RIGHT, OF THE SUB, WITH THE PACKAGE. AMAZON REFUNDED ME, $350 FOR IT, WHEN IT “SUDDENLY” STOPPED WORKING. THEN THIS ROCKVILLE ROCKASAURUS SYSTEM DIDN’T RESPOND. SO I PLUGGED THEM IN MY OLD TV, THEY BOTH EXPLODED IN SOUND, AND SO DID MY WINDOWS 😨😃! THE 75″ I GOT FROM ” ANOTHER” STORE, WAS DELIVERED TO ME, WITH BAR RCA AUDIO OUT. SO I DIDN’T 🤐🤫, BUT CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE KLIPSCH SUB IS FINE, MY DEMONIC STORM TEAM, AND PROFESSIONAL DISASTER TEAM, ARE NOT. STICK WITH AMAZON, THEY ARE NOT CORRUPTABLE. NO SCRATCH TICKETS FOR ME. THATS 2 ROCKVILLE SYTEMS, THAT ROCK. TOWERS IN THE 85″ TV ROOM, SOON TO BE TAYLOR HUT, AND THUS 100O WATT IN THE DEN. SOUNDS GREAT 👽

I love this sound system.. I have been playing and recording my own music for years and the ability to control allthe speakers and the sub is unbelievable. You can make it sound and feel like u are in front of a stage at a live performance. The lights a beautiful relaxing blue perfect for listening to ur jams after dark.If u are into action movies and want that surround sound feel unless u have a blu ray or such that already has the decoder and 5 speaker outs u will be disappointed u will get some separation but if u have to have the full experience Go ahead and shell out$$$$$$$$$ and get what u want. But if you want a loud clear completely controllable sound system with great sound and ambience u won’t find another one that touches it in this price range.

Cannot be beat for the price. Not quite loud enough for my taste though. Much more than I could have imagined for the price though. Only complaint is that the speakers leds cannot be turned off with the remote you must unplug their led wires. No big deal but would have been nice. Also as an aside, the remote operates on the same frequency as my fire place. No big deal I just mounted them away from each other. All in all very happy.
