This saved my back during my pregnancy. I was able to put more stuffing in and take it out as needed. I was able to adjust the strap in the middle so that it would fit me nice and snug. It helped lift the belly so my back wouldn’t twist and helped me not turn onto my back in the middle of the night.

I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant with twins and I have been using this pillow since my first trimester. I also have two herniated discs and if it wasn’t for this pillow I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night! At the beginning I was using it as it comes (attached) however I personally find it to be more comfortable since I separated the two pillows because I can place them each exactly where I want! I have great back and belly support. I honestly can’t imagine sleeping with a huge body pillow. I also use it when sitting up in bed behind my lower back or when sitting on the sofa. Best purchase I’ve made during my pregnancy. Yes, they do lose their shape a bit in the pillow case but they still do the job. I simply take them out of the covering once in a while fluff it up and place it back in correctly how it was before. It’s no big deal!

After considering buying this type of pillow over many weeks, finally at 21 weeks I was having such a hard time sleeping that I “gave in” and I am glad I didn’t wait any longer! I had been struggling to sleep and using a pillow behind me, a pillow in front and another between my legs but still couldn’t get comfortable and so many pillows took up too much space in my bed and made it hard to change sides during the night! With this pillow I have more room in the bed, ability to change from left to right side easily, easier time getting out of bed in the middle of the night and overall perfect support for my belly and back!!! Buy the pillow!!!

Okay last pregnancy, a friend gave me her old snoogle c-shaped one. I used it but it was effing ginormous and switching sides was a chore and I still wanted an extra pillow under my belly for added support. My husband moaned when I mentioned pulling it out of storage for this pregnancy and I agreed. So I bought this little guy and it works so well, is super comfortable, and best of all it’s small. I use it in conjunction with my long straight body pillow (that I use all the time not specifically for pregnancy) and man am I comfortable at night! When I try rolling onto my back, this little pillow keeps me at an angle, and I find myself at least once a night waking up in this angled back position so it’s definitely coming in handy. And when you roll over you don’t move it because both sides are the same – provides support under your belly and then stops you from totally rolling onto your back. Highly recommend!

IMO this is better than a body pillow or U shaped pregnancy pillow; I used those with my other babes’ pregnancies. This pillow supports the belly and back and prevents me from rolling on my back. (W/o this kind of pillow, I would always end up on my back). I also find that this kind of pillow allows for me to get in and out bed easily to use the restroom! With other pillows, I always felt it would take forever to re-situate myself after using the bathroom, I don’t feel this way with this pillow. The only thing I have needed to add to my sleeping is a small pillow for between my knees.I recommend this 🙂

Spent a bunch of money on one of the giant pregnancy body pillows only to be super uncomfortable I couldn’t get the support I needed. Bought this on a whim to just test something that’s different and am in love. Just the right amount of support. I love that you can detach them as well. More versatile and not as bulky as the body pillows also way softer and better on sensitive skin. Helps prevent me from sleeping on my back and also gives my back the support it needs to not be strained in the morning.

I personally love this pillow. I’ve had it for over a month now and I use it two ways depending on how I feel that night (every night is different for me). Some nights I’ll stack it and use it for my back and put my body pillow in front of me and other nights I’ll lay it flat out and use it for support for my belly and back. I also use it in my chair for my butt and back support. I’m going to also use it for my baby when he is born so he doesn’t roll of course I’ll be right next to him but to me this pillow has great multiple uses.

I am a back sleeper and was looking for a pregnancy pillow that would help me to stay on my side. I didn’t want a massive pillow that would take up the whole bed, and this was the perfect solution. I am 16 weeks so I do not have a big bump at this point so I cannot speak to the bump support yet, but this keeps me on my sides and even if I roll onto my back the wings of the pillow are close enough together that it keeps me tilted enough that I am not flat on my back. If you’re looking to train yourself to stay on your side and don’t want to do the massive pregnancy pillow, this is a great solution! NOTE: I already use a separate knee pillow, which I would recommend to use with this pillow. Plus it’s small enough to travel with.

I had low expectations, but this is a great pillow! Better than my giant c-shaped one I had. It’s firm enough to stop me from rolling onto my back, and it’s small enough to travel with. Only downside to a smaller pregnancy pillow is you’ll need a separate one for between your knees. But I just use a couch pillow and sleep just fine! Even better than with my $50 giant one!

Love this pillow! Third pregnancy and first time getting this kind of pregnancy pillow. I love it because of its versatility. You can keep them attached if you want the wedge arrangement, but I actually prefer to sleep on my back on an incline, so I take it apart and use one behind my head and one tucked under one side. The covers are also super soft and easy to take off and throw in the washer. Would definitely buy again!
