I have been looking for a cylindrical body pillow for a long time. I suffer from hip, neck and back pain from a long ago car accident. This pillow is the perfect length and circumference for my 5’01 body. I put it between my knees and “hug it” with my arms. It supports my knees, and arms as I sleep. It is firm yet can be adjusted as needed.I generally don’t like traditional body pillows because they are too big and take too much space up in the bed. I also don’t like ” Pregnancy pillows” because the head part of the pillow is usually not that great and those take up a lot of room. This cylindrical pillow is great and fits my needs. I have only used for about three nights, and have been getting much better sleep with it.

This is the perfect body pillow. It doesn’t take up too much room in the bed & it’s moldable to your body. I like that it is squishy because of the microbeads so it fits where you want it. It sleeps very cool in temperature. Other shredded foam pillows make you sweat & this one doesn’t. I ordered another brand microbead body pillow, but I like the PILLOWY brand better because the cover has more spandex and allows the pillow to be more flexible. It is the best body pillow I found, and I have gone through many! I Highly recommend it.
