This is a fantastic stand! When I ordered this, I was a bit leery of how sturdy it would be, if the stand would remain upright at various angles, how strong the “hinges” were in multiple adjustments, etc. But when this arrived I was blown away by how great a stand it is. All my worries were laid to rest. There are even rubber-like pads to hold the device securely in place without slipping out. One caveat: I have a smart case on my iPad Air 2, and it is an extremely snug fit into the stand. A thick case would probably be a problem, and truth be told, it would probably work best with no case at all. That in mind, I still highly recommend this stand. It is on my desk right now, and I am able to use it during lectures, meetings, etc. Great job, Lamicall!

I’m not blown away or honestly real impressed with this product. Maybe my expectations were too high due to the insanely high ratings. The basic, simple stand I received is slightly bent and leans enough to the left that it is impossible not to notice. It is relatively strong and is not without its merit in terms of providing a simple very basic stand for your tablet or iPad. It does its job pretty well and no more.I’m leaving my original review up but amending a few things.First and most important is how impressed I am with Lamicall customer service. Shortly after reviewing the product which I don’t feel was overly critical I was contacted by Lamicall and offered a full refund without returning the stand. I did not ask for anything much less such a generous offer. I never contacted them and aside from the lean in the stand had no reason or issue to warrant contacting them. I feel like this is far above and beyond the norm and very much worth mentioning.2nd thing is being a bit unhappy with a bent or leaning stand I did not focus much on the positive aspects of this product. After the refund I figured I had nothing to lose and put some serious weight into trying to bend the stand back into position. It worked, not perfectly but good enough to use. The fact that it took the force I applied and is now still functional speaks volumes to the durability of the stand. It retained its ability to be adjustable and remain strong in holding any position. I like this stand quite a bit. Plenty of room for my iPad regardless of if its wearing a fat otterbox case or a slim folio case and is always securely able to hold the iPad in place. Overall for my needs and expectations it’s an awesome stand.

This stand is the best I have found – it is adjustable in multiple ways and it holds my iPad Pro in or out of a case – open or shut. I purchased a bluetooth keyboard that actually fits in my case – the stand holds it all! I no longer have to place the iPad down on a table or counter to charge it – it is safe in the holder even for charging. Works everywhere – kitchen, office, dresser top. Will hold multiple sizes of tablets, adjusts for viewing easily and securely. I love it!

In my search for the perfect stand for my 10.2” iPad, I purchased 3 different brands of tablet stands (Lamicall, Kabcon, and Saiji). In this review, I will summarize the pros and cons of each stand.Kabcon Tablet Stand: This stand is the largest and heaviest of the three stands (shown in the middle in pictures). This stand seems very well-built, but it is EXTREMELY difficult to open and move the holder even a small amount (the hinge is very tight, and the stand is not easy to adjust). The stand is very sturdy, and it is stable even on a bed. I can type or write with the Apple pencil on my iPad being held with this tablet stand without it moving or falling over. The stand allows your tablet to be viewed at an almost infinite number of angles. This stand is mostly made with metal (the “arms” are a metal-colored plastic). There are silicone rubber pads that protect your tablet (anywhere the tablet would rest on the stand). The biggest con about this stand is that the “tray” that holds the tablet is not deep enough to fit my 10.2” iPad in its case (a Zugu/Muse case). I have to remove my iPad from its case for this stand to hold it properly. Overall, this is my least favorite (and most expensive) tablet stand of the 3 I tried. I do not recommend this product.Saiji Tablet Stand: This stand is the smallest and lightest of the three stands (shown on the left in pictures). This stand seems simplistic and basic, but it is well-made and holds my 10.2” iPad in its Zugu case very well. This stand is sturdy, and it is stable even on a bed. I can type or write with the Apple pencil on my iPad being held with this tablet stand without it falling over, but it can slide back on a table when pushing on it. This stand can only hold my tablet at one angle, but it holds the tablet well in both portrait and landscape modes. When folded, this stand is very small and light, and it is easy to take along anywhere. I like this stand and I recommend it – and the price is excellent!Lamicall Tablet Stand: This stand is not the biggest or the smallest, and it is not the heaviest or the lightest (shown on the right in the pictures). It is very well-made from all aluminum, with silicone pads on the tray where the tablet sits. The stand is very sturdy, and it is stable even on a bed. I can type or write with the Apple pencil on my iPad being held with this tablet stand without it moving or falling over. The stand allows your tablet to be viewed at an almost infinite number of angles, and it is easy to adjust. This Lamicall stand holds my 10.2” iPad in its Zugu case very well. This stand cannot be folded up completely (it will remain in an “L” shape). Overall, this is my favorite stand to hold my iPad. I got this stand for my daughter and her iPad pro 12.9 and she loves it. She set it up in her room and she said its great for doing her homework as you can see in the photos. I’ve used it as well while cooking and I love this thing I’m going to get the S series as I believe this is the s1. It’s sturdy even with the case on it sits in the grooves well, it adjust very well in different positions and holds steady.

I purchased this item in an attempt to help unclutter my desk. It was getting bad and was impacting my productivity. I needed this for an Asus S3 10 inch tablet with slim case. It arrived in perfect order in in uniquely shaped box. It had very little documentation with it, but do you really need it? I, like many other reviewers here, was concerned with the strength of the hinge and would it hold a 10 inch tablet securely enough that I could still find it useful. I can assure you, this is one extremely sturdy stand. It hold my tablet wonderfully as you can see from the pictures I am including. It will hold my tablet in portrait or landscape orientation. The hinge is very secure and it’s hard to describe, its ease of movement is perfectly counterbalanced with its ease that it won’t move. I don’t think I will have any problems with this stand. If your tablet or phone has a port on the bottom the stand will accommodate that as well. I chose the black color because it matched everything on my desk and the tablet. For $19 this is a good buy. I would highly recommend this if you need to get things off your desk and would like a cleaner appearance.

I have a first generation ipad that was becoming too slow so I decided to turn it into a Jukebox. I place the ipad on the stand conveniently beside my couch. I downloaded my favorite music app and use the ipad as a visual “control panel” to select my stations, instantly purchase music for my library, and adjust the volume to the bluetooth speaker the ipad is paired to across the room. The construction of the stand is sturdy metal and the design is consistent with Apple-type products, so it has a very nice look. I selected the black stand instead of the silver one since the edges of the ipad are black and it would blend in nicely. It’s adjustable from nearly 3 degrees up to 45 degrees so it’s very ergonomic. I find this stand to be sturdy and very well built, and in the images I am using the IPP 10.5 and Kindle Paperwhite, and for TStand the IPP 9.7.

I absolutely love this stand! It is so sleek and really durable. I was thinking about getting a MacBook or Mac desktop instead of using my new IPad Air 2 for college, but this stand paired with the Anker Bluetooth keyboard is just what I needed to make my setup complete. The thought of being able to set up at home like a desktop, and still be able to easily grab my tablet and run makes me happy. All without having the added expense of a MacBook or a Mac. I definitely do not regret the decision to make this purchase and use my tablet as a desktop.A few things that really make this a great product.1. I was worried that the hinge would be really loose and not hold up and keep my tablet in place. Well I was wrong, the hinge is really durable and strong. I do not foresee it ever loosening to the point that I am unable to use it.2. I was worried about potentially scratching my new tablet because the stand is made of metal. The stand actually has pads on the bottom and the top, so your tablet never actually touches the metal. I was also concerned that I would not be able to use the stand if I decided to put a case on my tablet. I ended up purchasing a case and it works well even with the case on.If you are thinking about making this purchase, I would go for it! You don’t have much to loose, I mean it doubles as a tablet stand, and a phone stand which is nice, and the price point is great too.
