I bought the refurbished version which saved me about $60 or so. Everything was brand new and packaged as it should be. The sound quality is amazing but I wish the satellite speakers worked with a little more sound than they do. This package is a good deal and sounds great but is no comparison of course to my $1,000 Sony surround sound which my ex-wife threw in the garbage. But I highly recommend this refurbished packaged version and save yourself some money. I’m not sure if there is an adjustment to get more sound out of the satellite speakers or not maybe someone could let me know.

Easy setup. Sometimes the sound doesn’t come on due to the tv having to connect with the sound bar. Like most electronics needs to reset which is easy enough. I also own a Visio smart tv which probably helped with ease of setup. I’m not rating the Bluetooth connectivity due to I don’t use Bluetooth.

The Vizio with Bluetooth actually gives much better sound than models costing 10x the price and only delivering 3.1. I bought the refurbished model for $158, and it came in the original packaging. You need to plug the Soundbar into the HDMI ARC port on your TV.

Updated:Crapped out after only 4 months. Now it won’t turn on.I guess I wasted $169If you’re a real audiophile this may not be for you. But I’m 66 and my hearing isn’t what it used to be . But to my ear this thing sounds great. Easy to install and setup . I used the HDMI ARC connection for the first time . Love it. Sound bar comes on with my Sony tv. The sound separation is incredible. And with the refurbished unit, which came in original box and packaging , I saved a bunch of money.

This has transformed our living room into a movie theater. Unbelievable big sound! Really easy to set up, once I connected to the right input. The remote was not the same as the one in the manual, so that caused some confusion, but once it was set up it’s no big deal. We don’t need to use it anyway. Hooks up directly to the TV and wifi to the Sub and surround speakers was instantaneous. Great purchase!

The soundbar sounds great for the price!! It has one annoying problem…the software has a bug, that, about once a week, the remote control stops working. To get it working again, you have to unplug the power cord, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Then, the remote will start working again for another week or so…(other reviews here have stated the problem as “the soundbar won’t turn on”…this is because the remote has stopped working!)
